The link below is to the Western Watersheds Project's newsletter. In it are articles on the Federal Court's ruling to stop the Trump-Vance administration's effort to restructure the Department of Agriculture which includes the U.S. Forest Service. The restructuring was proceeding despite it being completely unauthorized.
What's astounding is how the agencies under the USDA were responding to the administration's orders rather than Congress's mandates. Fortunately, there exist enough bureaucratic channels to offset the admin's tactics but it is requiring a tremendous waste of peoples' time.
